This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries generated from marketing initiatives.

• Assess customer needs and efficiently qualify leads.

• Provide prompt and professional responses to optimize booking chances.

• Generate tailored service quotes based on customer specifications.

• Clearly explain pricing structures and manage discounts when necessary.

• Professionally address objections and independently close sales.

• Perform follow-ups after services to collect customer feedback.

• Promote online reviews and encourage repeat business.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Oversee automated text communications between cleaners and clients.

• Assist with scheduling adjustments, delays, and cancellations.

• Facilitate smooth coordination between operations and customers.

• Conduct light outreach to potential cleaning candidates via Facebook and other platforms.

• Carry out brief initial screening calls.

• Organize interview scheduling to meet hiring requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to close sales independently.

• Excellent phone demeanor and conversational abilities.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-responsibility work environment.

• Well-organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and communication tools.

• A reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup are essential.

• Experience in service-based sales such as cleaning, home services, landscaping, HVAC, or plumbing is preferred.

• Familiarity with managing inbound sales pipelines.

• Preferred experience with the East Coast communication style and fast-paced customer interactions.

• Experience in balancing sales responsibilities with operational coordination tasks.
