Inside Sales Representative

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the entire sales cycle from initial discovery call to finalized contract, driving revenue growth through both inbound and qualified opportunities.

β€’ Conduct high-quality discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with HR leaders and decision-makers.

β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies, and C-level executives.

β€’ Skillfully manage objections, navigate intricate buying processes, and close deals with both urgency and precision.

β€’ Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene across all active opportunities.

β€’ Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to enhance conversion rates and the buyer experience.

β€’ Provide customer insights and market feedback to enhance positioning, messaging, and product development.

β€’ Represent Qureos with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high-performance mindset in every interaction.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, account executive roles, or closing positions within SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales.

β€’ Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

β€’ Strong commercial acumen with confidence in handling demos, negotiations, and objections.

β€’ Excellent communication skills in calls, video meetings, and written correspondence.

β€’ A strong ownership mentality with a sense of urgency, accountability, and execution.

β€’ Comfortable managing the complete sales cycle independently, from discovery to closure.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and remote sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms.

β€’ Previous experience in recruitment or HRTech is highly advantageous.
