This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• As an Inside Sales Representative, you will oversee current accounts to maximize revenue while also reaching out to leads to cultivate new business opportunities.

• You will facilitate the onboarding of new Motor Carrier businesses acquired from both Inside and Outside Sales teams.

• Collaborate with the Customer Service department to ensure daily fulfillment of Motor Carrier equipment requirements.

• Secure and renew contracts with Motor Carriers.

• Identify and engage potential clients within the transportation sector.

• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to drive new business growth.

• Qualify leads and follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of prospective clients.

• Customer Relationship Management: Forge and maintain robust relationships with current clients.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Perform regular follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to reach sales objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in inside sales, ideally within the transportation or logistics sector.

• At least 3 years of experience in an inside sales role.

• High School diploma or GED; some college education is preferred.

• Must be adept with computer systems and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone and in writing.

• Strong spelling and grammatical abilities.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and curious.

• Capable of multitasking and working independently while contributing to the team's overall success.

• Comprehensive understanding of transportation services and solutions.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
