This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold outreach via calls and emails.

• Reignite and enhance growth prospects for inactive and current customers.

• Assess customer needs and requirements to align them with the suitable product from our growing portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with management, internal team members, and external sales and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Foster relationships with customers by offering support, information, and guidance.

• Conduct research and suggest recommendations for new solutions.

• Propose improvements for profitability and service quality.

• Provide price quotes to customers.

• Verify the accuracy of sales orders.

• Input all new registrations into the CRM along with corresponding opportunities.

• Generate and uphold precise sales forecasts, data collection, and reports for daily CRM usage concerning all contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

• Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks, and benchmarking best practices.

• Participate in trade shows to broaden territory networking and growth opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing/Sales.

• An Associate's degree may be considered with 5 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 2 years of sales experience with a technical product line, preferably in cellular data communications.

• Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong technical knowledge and aptitude in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies.

• Must be product certified with demonstrable expertise.

• Proven success in the sales domain working with OEMs.

• Proficient in developing and sustaining client relationships.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must be organized and capable of managing time efficiently.

• Ability to prioritize various tasks, meet established deadlines, and perform well under pressure.

• Proficient in PC and basic networking skills, with a strong understanding of CRM and Microsoft 365.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate as part of a team to achieve objectives.

• Uphold a high standard of integrity, quality work, and service excellence.
