This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Assist designated OEM and distributor accounts in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers
• Prepare and oversee quotes (RFQs), pricing revisions, and proposals
• Aid in managing LTAs, pricing agreements, and non-standard terms alongside sales management
• Ensure precise customer, pricing, and opportunity data is maintained within CRM systems
• Serve as the main inside contact for order status, lead times, and delivery coordination
• Support tracking of bookings and revenue against annual sales objectives
• Assist with the tracking of program lifecycles (development → qualification → production → obsolescence)
• Collaborate with the supply chain on allocation, NCNR, and long-lead items
• Interface with planning, operations, quality, engineering, and finance teams
• Assist export-controlled programs (ITAR/EAR) in collaboration with compliance teams
• Help field sales with customer calls/presentations, program evaluations, and account strategies
• Promote space-grade, radiation-tolerant, high-reliability, and long-lifecycle semiconductor products
• Monitor competitive activities, pricing pressures, and customer licensing positions
• Assist with NPI launches and customer transitions (EOL/last-time-buy management)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Over 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or commercial support, ideally within semiconductors or electronics
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), Excel, Word, and SAP (preferred)
• Experience in supporting B2B OEM accounts in regulated or high-reliability markets
