Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture customer relationships.

• Propel sales growth through virtual selling techniques.

• Strategically promote and sell complementary products within designated markets.

• Meet monthly phone and activity targets.

• Manage sales pipeline effectively and surpass sales forecasts through customer engagement.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan.

• Collaborate with field sales representatives as needed.

• Present new dental care and oral hygiene products to appropriate customers and prospects.

• Maintain an actionable sales plan with strategies and tactics to meet annual sales objectives.

• Share effective practices with the team to foster a positive team culture.

• Skillfully recognize market trends and account requirements to respond to market dynamics and achieve successful sales outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified before commencement) along with two (2) years of experience in sales and/or the dental sector, OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with at least seven (7) years of experience in sales and/or the dental field.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in outside sales and/or inside sales.

• Experience in account management.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.

• Skills in solution selling, active listening, and securing commitments.

• Capability to work efficiently within a sales team environment.

• Creative problem-solving skills are advantageous.

• Ability to adjust to a fast-paced work setting.

• Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to remain focused and maintain high productivity levels in both office and remote settings.
