This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve sales goals by selling inventory generated by the fleet advisor team, collaboratively owning our quarterly GTV objectives and optimizing the post-lead funnel.
• Enhance Sales Velocity by minimizing the duration from lead to sale, aiming for a target of 8 in three months.
• Maximize Price Realization to ensure final sales prices do not fall below reserve, targeting prices greater than 1.5 times the Liquidation Value.
• Act as the Voice of Customer by channeling product and service feedback to the product teams, promoting continuous improvement.
• Develop systems and processes for the inside sales team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proficient Inside Sales skills - Capable of negotiating, possessing strong two-way communication abilities, a high degree of natural optimism, and maintaining good CRM system hygiene. Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Tech Savvy - An enthusiastic user of technology tools who can clearly explain how their CRM facilitates their sales process and outreach.
• Machine knowledge/industry background - This is a nice-to-have qualification, but can be acquired over time.
• Partners, not Traders - Must embody a strong commitment to customer experience with high integrity, striving to become a genuine business partner for clients.
• Get in the Cab - Should demonstrate personal accountability for customer experience challenges and team performance, focusing on statements like “we succeeded because” and “I failed because.”
• Get Your Hands Dirty - No task is too small for the customer; willingness to lead as well as participate actively.
• Build Bigger - Possesses a vision for performance enhancement and a strong desire to surpass expectations. Startup experience is advantageous, along with a consistent pattern of success and a deep drive to win.
