This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Make outbound calls to up to 30 homeowners per hour while managing a significant volume of incoming calls from homeowners who have reached out through our marketing channels.
• Accurately document and track all scheduled appointments to ensure that all future customer demonstrations and pricing activities align with company standards.
• Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls while effectively multitasking across various systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• High School diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Possess a sales-driven mindset and be metrics-oriented.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
• Residency in New Jersey is required for consideration for this role.
