📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process, from discovery calls to signed contracts, driving revenue growth from both inbound and qualified leads.

• Conduct high-quality discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with HR leaders and decision-makers.

• Develop and nurture relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies, and C-level executives.

• Skillfully address objections, navigate intricate buying processes, and close deals with urgency and precision.

• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM integrity across all active opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to enhance conversion rates and improve the buyer experience.

• Provide customer insights and market feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and product strategy.

• Represent Qureos with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high-performance mindset in every interaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, account executive roles, or closing positions within SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales.

• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.

• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to confidently handle demonstrations, negotiations, and objections.

• Exceptional communication skills in calls, video meetings, and written interactions.

• High sense of ownership with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and execution.

• Comfortable managing the complete sales cycle independently from discovery to close.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms.

• Previous experience in recruitment or HRTech is a significant advantage.
