This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle by managing opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed, acting as the main point of contact for enterprise clients.
• Spearhead demand generation initiatives with current enterprise customers to promote upselling of strategic solutions from New Era’s portfolio.
• Meet established monthly and daily performance targets.
• Build and nurture client relationships with both current and prospective customers.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding customer profiles, opportunity details, and contract information.
• Assist with the renewal of agreements for enterprise clients by providing necessary services and solutions, as required.
• Actively participate in Sales Operations team meetings as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English through both written and verbal means.
