This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Transform pre-qualified leads into new customers while fostering repeat business from existing clients.
• Handle and respond to inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently.
• Engage customers through conversation to qualify each call, establish rapport, identify sales needs, and provide information about company products and services in accordance with call flow guidelines.
• Meet conversion goals for leads to calls, positive actions, and other performance metrics such as booking rate and monthly revenue sold.
• Market residential pest control services and additional offerings in line with standard operating procedures.
• Set up service accounts for newly acquired customers.
• Secure credit card information for auto-pay on all new accounts established.
• Arrange inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
• Efficiently navigate multiple programs at once, entering data in real time, placing orders, searching existing accounts, all while maintaining a friendly conversation.
• Consistently achieve Monthly Development Plan objectives.
• Accurately input lead information into databases.
• Provide exceptional assistance to current customers with our one-call resolution guarantee.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior inside sales experience is mandatory.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Must have the capability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Entry-level knowledge and skill proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, though not required.
