Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with partners and end-user accounts.

• Comprehend customer and partner requirements, address concerns, pinpoint sales opportunities, and share knowledge about product features.

• Oversee license management and the renewal process for Hirsch software products within a specified territory.

• Assist Regional Sales representatives with business sales cycles under $15K.

• Ensure the cleanliness of the Salesforce pipeline and enhance deal progression.

• Generate price quotes in Salesforce utilizing product expertise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate order-fulfillment processes.

• Keep precise records of accounts, opportunities, and contacts in Salesforce.

• Execute various ad hoc tasks to support the Sales segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, encompassing Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Preferred experience of 2+ years in sales, sales development, and/or customer service.

• Capability to establish and sustain effective relationships with customers and partners.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly address customer needs and make timely decisions.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Openness to learning, growth, and coaching.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce is essential.
