This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Promote data integration solutions to HR professionals seeking to enhance their department’s efficiency.
• Assess and convert a substantial influx of integration leads received daily at Flexspring.
• Differentiate opportunities between smaller and larger integration projects.
• Finalize integration agreements with small to midsize enterprises.
• Assist a National Sales Director in securing significant enterprise integration contracts.
• Develop a prospect pipeline by engaging with HR departments through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Complete Statement of Work contracts to outline the integrations being sold to clients.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce.
• A college degree or equivalent business experience.
• 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales—preferably within a software as a service (SaaS) or technology firm.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Comfortable presenting over Zoom.
• Enjoy establishing connections and conversing with decision-makers over the phone.
• Be an attentive listener to identify a business’s integration challenges.
• Exhibit a strong sense of initiative and accountability for independent actions.
• Willingness to learn from an experienced mentor who will guide you towards success.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of HR business processes from selling software or technology to HR departments.
• Ability to explain complex technology in simple terms to non-technical HR professionals.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
