This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively seek out and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and outreach initiatives, concentrating on Managed Solutions, parcel optimization, truckload services, and prospects in the Mexican market.
• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and meet sales objectives.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with both prospects and current clients, comprehending their needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our Transportation Management Solutions, including parcel optimization and truckload services, to effectively convey value propositions to clients.
• Collaborate closely with outside sellers and operations teams to synchronize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates on progress towards sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in inside sales, ideally within transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets in a competitive landscape.
• Self-driven with a robust work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking applications.
• Top 3 essential skills: Willingness to cold call.
• Objection handling expertise.
• Comfort with CRM utilization.
