Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of current customer accounts

• Cultivate long-term relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service

• Assess customer needs and propose customized solutions

• Conduct regular follow-ups to enhance customer loyalty

• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Create precise quotations and follow up to optimize conversion rates

• Generate new business opportunities within established accounts

• Meet individual sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate customer orders, project updates, and delivery schedules

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution

• Keep accurate records in the CRM system and update customer information

• Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and forecasts

• Address customer inquiries promptly

• Resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner

• Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

• Foster trust through consistent communication and dependable follow-up

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales

• Strong skills in customer service and relationship development

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in preparing quotations and managing customer accounts

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Advanced English communication skills (B2+/C1)
