Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Guide families regarding their options for cord blood banking, enabling them to make well-informed choices.

• Provide exceptional customer service through all inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and chat sessions.

• Stay updated on all procedural operations and necessary follow-ups.

• Keep abreast of all training sessions and complete administrative responsibilities.

• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and client service targets.

• Comply with all Consumer Sales processes and policies.

• Review recorded calls alongside the manager to pinpoint best practices and potential improvement areas.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards in line with the company’s Quality Policy.

• Generate Incident Reports (IRs) to document client and other pertinent issues.

• Potentially receive training to serve as a mentor or trainer.

• Safeguard client information, including personal, credit card, and medical details.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or call center roles is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree or a combination of equivalent experience is acceptable.
