This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drafting, assessing, negotiating, and implementing various contracts that encompass a variety of transactions.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with direct clients, Account Executives, and Service Sales Specialists.
• Managing correspondence and documentation pertinent to contracts.
• Effectively communicating and presenting contract-related information to stakeholders.
• Overseeing and controlling warranty captures, renewals, and Time & Materials (T&M) capture contract prospects.
• Addressing and resolving contract-related challenges.
• Conducting cold calls to existing Carestream clientele.
• Supporting the field Account Executive Sales team by actively engaging in business development, qualifying new prospects, and following up on leads provided by Account Executives and Service Sales Specialists.
• Implementing service sales campaigns to stimulate new business growth.
• Promptly responding to incoming phone calls and emails.
• Collaborating with team members to present a unified Service Sales strategy in the market.
• Adopting a structured approach to follow up and maintain engagement with targeted clients (Funnel Management).
• Accurately recording service sales activities in C4C (sales and service tool) and ensuring timely follow-up on all tasks.
• Leveraging reporting tools (Power BI) to organize customer interactions and Service Sales forecasts.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful inside sales experience with a demonstrated history of sales achievements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, including excellent reading, writing, language, and teamwork skills.
• Remarkable attention to detail along with a keen sense for accuracy and precision.
• Familiarity with contracts, contract governance, contractual terminology, and the contract lifecycle.
• Strong critical thinking capabilities and the ability to research and comprehend legal and financial ramifications.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Insight into existing relationships among customers and various sales and service delivery channels, including Account Executives.
• Proficiency in desktop applications, including knowledge of SAP (or similar CRM tools), along with Microsoft Excel and Word.
