This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting telephone-based outreach to identify potential new clients.
• Engaging in structured initial conversations to assess client needs.
• Reaching out via phone to established contacts within our database.
• Ensuring consistent follow-up and scheduling appointments for our Strategy Advisors.
• Organizing, preparing for, and following up on appointments.
• Diligently maintaining customer information within our CRM system.
• Completion of vocational training (any field) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to accurately adhere to established systems and processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a polished expression in business-fluent German, both orally and in writing.
• Strong discipline and readiness to maintain a productive, phone-centric workday.
• A keen understanding of the individual on the other end of the line.
• Independent and disciplined work style suitable for a remote setting, capable of achieving full performance without daily supervision.
• A quiet and professional workspace equipped with a stable internet connection.
• Proficient in using common PC applications.
