Inside Sales Rep – PST Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and inquiries with friendliness, efficiency, and accuracy.

• Conduct outbound follow-ups and reactivation initiatives (including calls and texts).

• Provide precise quotes, confirm details, and establish next steps to mitigate future issues.

• Maintain organized pipelines and notes within our systems (CRM and Slack updates).

• Achieve daily performance goals and enhance closure rates over time.

• Assist with recruiting tasks that require similar skills (candidate calls, follow-ups, confirmations).

• Reliable, high-speed WiFi and a quiet environment for making calls.

• Exceptional verbal and written English skills - a strong phone presence is essential.

• Proficient with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

• High level of accountability - you adhere to processes, provide updates, and take responsibility for outcomes.
