
Inside Sales Professional – 6 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Efficiently manage expectations for incoming daily sales calls.
• Maintain a closing rate of 60% or higher and convert 25% or more of customer call-ins into our Year Round Protection Plan.
• Consistently meet and surpass the monthly Base Line Sales Target.
• Clearly define and implement the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach.
• Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders and Sold/Proposed within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Conduct re-solicitation calls to convert single purchase customers into the Year Round Protection Plan.
• Effectively execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing clientele.
• Carry out outbound and SMS campaigns as required, based on inbound volume.
• Support campaigns other than Inbound during non-peak months if necessary.
• Maintain a call volume standard of 12-15 Calls per Hour.
• Achieve or exceed an average monthly call quality score of over 75%.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities are essential.
• Over 1 year of successful experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
• More than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• A proven track record of driving sales results and meeting goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A College Diploma or University Degree in business, administration, and/or accounting or equivalent experience is preferred.
