📋 Description

• Serving as a brand ambassador, the Inside Sales Manager will achieve results by adopting effective sales practices and crafting innovative sales strategies that boost productivity and positively affect financial outcomes.

• By embodying a positive, lead-by-example mentality, the Inside Sales Manager will mentor our sales personnel towards success, nurturing a culture of trust, education, and accountability.

• Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings with team members, delivering the coaching and mentorship essential for their success and ongoing development in their positions.

• Provide the account management team with the necessary tools, training, and motivation to meet set objectives while authentically representing the Blytheco brand.

• Organize and conduct team meetings and events that serve as catalysts for building and sustaining synergistic, high-performing teams.

• Uphold and enhance a thriving and positive workplace culture, evidenced by high employee satisfaction and low turnover rates.

• Collaborate with the Sales Leader to assess, devise, and implement targeted sales strategies and processes aimed at building the sales pipeline, boosting productivity, and generating revenue, while enhancing the client experience.

• Mentor and reinforce a consultative sales methodology among team members.

• Spearhead Business Process Optimization initiatives and on-site client meetings for selected clients.

• Act as an executive sponsor and advocate for the Blytheco brand in designated opportunities.

• Work alongside account managers to formulate customized strategic engagement plans for key clients.

• Partner with the Sales Leader and colleagues across the organization to enhance the employee and client experience through ongoing process improvements.

• Embrace a "Work Smarter, not Harder" approach, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing changes accordingly.

• Recognize market trends and swiftly adjust strategies to address the evolving needs of clients.

• Assess, develop, and refine exceptional sales processes to boost the productivity and financial impact of all account manager sales activities and programs while optimizing the client experience and championing execution.

• Ensure that presentation materials, proposal documents, and client-facing materials are of the highest quality and align with the Blytheco brand.

• Contribute to and engage in the company's strategic goals.

• Provide relevant and precise sales KPIs to senior leadership.

• Guarantee that team member activities are promptly and thoroughly recorded in the CRM to enable accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.

• Analyze data to discover trends, challenges, and areas for opportunity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience in an inside sales management role

• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or account management.

• Established record of enhancing productivity, increasing sales, and meeting targets in a business-to-business complex sales setting.

• Proficient in executing a consultative, solution-oriented selling approach.

• Extensive knowledge of the software industry, with ERP experience strongly preferred.

• Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a talent for influencing and motivating others.

• Skilled at recognizing and quickly adapting to shifts in the marketplace and the needs of a growing organization.

• Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel as required.
