Engineering Manager

• Mentor and provide guidance to the engineers on your team

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other technology leaders

• Attract and retain exceptional engineering talent

• Ensure your team remains unblocked and progressing

• Address uncertainties before they escalate into issues

• Work alongside other engineering teams on integrations, best practices, and emerging technologies

• Oversee tier-3 engineering support for your area of expertise

• Engage in technical design discussions and architectural decision-making

• Spot opportunities for innovation within products, tools, and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• More than five (5+) years of experience in leading engineering teams

• A clear and consistent approach to providing feedback

• Capability to attract, develop, and retain engineering talent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in managing teams that deliver production software throughout the entire product lifecycle

• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing

• Must be able to pass a background check
