This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the German (DACH) market
• Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to qualification and closing
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers
• Contribute to ongoing growth initiatives across Europe
• Oversee RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals
• Provide compelling online product demonstrations and presentations as needed
• Keep an accurate sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to optimize opportunities
• Regularly meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs
• Native or fluent German speaker with strong English communication skills
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated experience selling in the German (DACH) market
• Essential prior experience in the healthcare or care home sector
• Significant background in outbound business development and cold prospecting
• Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools
• Self-driven with the capability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
• Experience in selling technical products, industrial solutions, or B2B services (Desirable)
• Background in managing complex B2B sales cycles (Desirable)
• Degree educated (Desirable)
