This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire Sales Lead process from initial contact to final closure, which includes prequalifying incoming leads and performing follow-up communications through phone and email.

• Generating and presenting precise quotes, proforma invoices, and relevant documentation promptly.

• Managing customer orders, verifying purchase orders, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

• Acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries about products, orders, and services, addressing them swiftly and professionally.

• Working alongside internal departments to resolve issues and provide necessary information.

• Overseeing shipping logistics, which includes scheduling, tracking, and ensuring prompt delivery.

• Managing casino/reservation registrations to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Addressing customer requests related to documentation and general business information (e.g., W9s, banking details, equipment specifications).

• Assisting with special projects as needed to support the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (such as Oracle, Quickbooks, SAP).

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics 360).

• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
