Inside Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company, avoiding cold list dialing.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video and create tailored treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Discuss financing options and finalize agreements.

• Work in collaboration with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).

• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while achieving weekly and monthly sales quotas.

• Self-driven individual who effectively manages their own pipeline and enjoys the flexibility of remote work.

• Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty sectors.

• Willingness to be available during some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
