Inside Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company, avoiding cold list dialing.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video and create customized treatment plans.

• Inform clients about the services offered by LaserAway, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Present financing options and successfully close sales.

• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, including sectors such as insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, and luxury retail.

• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while consistently achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven individual who effectively manages their own pipeline and enjoys the flexibility of remote work.

• Strong enthusiasm for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for some evening and weekend work to accommodate client schedules.
