Inside Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company, avoiding cold list dialing.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video while creating tailored treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Present financing alternatives and successfully close sales.

• Work closely with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-driven sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).

• Able to manage a high volume of calls and consistently meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-starter who effectively manages their own pipeline and appreciates the flexibility of remote work.

• Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
