Inside Sales, Client Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Engages with both new and existing clients to promote business opportunities.

• Addresses client inquiries related to additional services.

• Keeps the client database and job profiles current and organized.

• Manages negotiations concerning contract rates.

• Reassigns providers based on the mutual consent of both the provider and the client.

• Aids in the creation of marketing strategies.

• Negotiates agreements and ensures their proper execution.

• Coordinates interviews between clients and providers.

• Clearly conveys client requirements and expectations to Recruiters and Provider Representatives.

• Maintains consistent communication with clients to ensure that both the provider and CompHealth are fulfilling the client's needs and to proactively address any concerns or issues.

• Records job specifics in the FOX system.

• Logs all client interactions in FOX.

• Achieves all activity and production targets established by management.

• Ensures the completion of Quality Improvement information.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in direct sales of professional products or services.

• Proven track record of successfully influencing mid to high-level decision-makers for the contracting of professional services or products.

• Preferred completion of college-level education or equivalent professional experience.

• Background in the healthcare sector.

• Experience in selling professional services.
