Inside Sales Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer assistance to the Pro AV channel by supplying details regarding technical product specifications.

• Interact with integrators, resellers, and the Sales team to facilitate order placement through a passive sales approach.

• Handle order processing, communicate tracking information, provide quotes, check on order statuses, and address customer concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's Degree or a comparable qualification from a two-year college or technical institution.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• A service-oriented approach and a commitment to supporting the sales team while fostering long-term, trusting relationships.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
