This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, develop, and secure service sales opportunities within the designated territory, encompassing contract renewals and the expansion of new business.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers and utilize email and video communication to engage with decision-makers and influencers across client accounts.
• Comprehend customer requirements, workflows, and competitive landscapes to effectively position value-added service solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Sales, Service Management, and other internal teams to align customer strategies and optimize service revenue opportunities.
• Maintain precise records of the sales pipeline, customer information, territory plans, and forecasts using relevant sales tools and data sources.
• Engage in sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, training sessions, and special projects to foster business growth and ongoing improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences or a related scientific field is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a quota-bearing sales position, preferably in inside sales, service sales, telesales, or business development.
• Experience in Life Sciences, laboratory settings, or service contracts is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote sales setting while effectively managing priorities, timelines, and customer interactions.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to leverage data to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate accurate forecasting.
• A results-driven approach with a strong motivation to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and a solid proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in an additional European language, especially Polish or another Central European language, is seen as an asset.
• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage sales activities, pipeline, customer records, and forecasts.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the assigned territory as necessary.
