This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the sales operations process for designated SLED accounts
• Provide direct sales assistance to Account Managers
• Facilitate the onboarding and setup of new SLED customers
• Maintain expertise in SLED contracts, including state/local agreements, ERate, and NASPO
• Act as the primary internal contact for customers in collaboration with Account Managers
• Collaborate with the SLED contracts team to ensure compliance with public-sector contracts
• Participate in customer meetings to strengthen relationships, comprehend objectives, and assist in project closure
• Assign customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to the appropriate internal teams
• Ensure accurate Salesforce records for accounts, contacts, and project details
• Work with Solution Architects to develop Bills of Materials
• Create precise solution-business quotes
• Forecast and seek opportunities for run-rate business
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
• Manage registration processes to achieve optimal pricing
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes and stay informed about promotions and pricing programs
• Attend sales operations meetings and assist with onboarding new hires
• Prioritize tasks based on sales allocation, required completion dates, and work-order logistics
• Address customer inquiries related to quoting, billing, sales, technical support, delivery, and materials
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience and/or military background
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology/Sales Operations
• Preferred experience with Cisco, Dell/EMC, and VMware
• Familiarity with SLED customers/accounts
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft software applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and solutions providers
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental team members at all levels of the organization

• Capability to engage with vendors on behalf of customers
• Ability to resolve customer delivery and material issues
