Associate Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio primarily consisting of passive clients, ensuring the consistent delivery of TrueAccord’s services and upholding client satisfaction.

• Support Client Managers in the daily management of account portfolios.

• Monitor performance metrics and maintain thorough documentation.

• Create regular reports, dashboards, and materials for client check-ins.

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data.

• Act as the first point of contact for routine client inquiries.

• Collaborate with the Client Manager to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.

• Work alongside internal support teams to process requests and achieve client deliverable quality standards.

• Engage in training, mentorship, and self-directed learning to enhance knowledge in debt collection, product features, and client strategies.

• Operate under the guidance of the Client Manager to support operational efficiency, data accuracy, and the timely fulfillment of client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Entry-level experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Operations, or a related area.

• Background in debt collections or Default Management.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and reporting.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to quickly learn complex software tools and internal platforms.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and business information while working outside of a company office.

• Dependable internet connection and a professional working environment.

• Willingness to be flexible outside standard business hours when necessary for global operations support.

• Availability to travel occasionally, both locally and internationally, for company meetings, training, offsites, and collaborative projects.
