Client Manager – Personal Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional assistance.

• Oversee the placement of both new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across Property & Casualty and Life & Health sectors.

• Aid in collecting underwriting information and preparing submission documents.

• Maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.

• Ensure successful account renewal and retention through proactive service and effective relationship management.

• Keep accurate and current records within the AMS360 agency management system.

• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to address client needs.

• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service requests efficiently and accurately.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License is required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is advantageous.

• Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• An active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) is mandatory.
