Client Manager – Personal Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional assistance.

• Oversee the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners in Property & Casualty and Life & Health sectors.

• Aid in collecting underwriting information and preparing submission documents.

• Foster strong relationships with carriers to obtain competitive quotes and solutions for clients.

• Ensure successful account renewals and retention through proactive service and effective relationship management.

• Keep precise and current records in the AMS360 agency management system.

• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal teams to meet client requirements.

• Efficiently and accurately manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related area is preferred.

• Possession of an active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License.

• A valid state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with AMS360 or comparable agency management systems is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
