Inside Channel Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of Partners to meet sales and profit objectives by promoting Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services via resellers/channels.

• Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned partner accounts.

• Manage all communications with partners, including channel activities, marketing initiatives, sales documentation, product launches, quotes, pricing, proposals, and support resources.

• Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs proactively.

• Administer the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify potential new business opportunities.

• Lead solution development initiatives that effectively meet end-user requirements while coordinating with all relevant internal and partner personnel.

• Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and competitor activities.

• Identify and recruit new partners.

• Analyze partner sales performance and suggest enhancements.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in telecom, UCaaS, and CPaaS is advantageous.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proven sales skills with the capacity to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.

• Proficient communication skills across various formats.
