This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Establish connections with retail insurance agents to explore new business opportunities.
β’ Interact with potential clients daily through phone, email, and outreach initiatives.
β’ Keep informed on industry trends and become the reliable expert that clients depend on.
β’ Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to implement effective growth strategies.
β’ Monitor pipeline advancements and celebrate achievements.
β’ Minimum of 2 years in SDR, AE, or comparable positions.
β’ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Preferred: experience in selling to insurance agents or carriers.
β’ Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).
β’ Eagerness to learn, develop, and surpass objectives.
