Inpatient Nurse Manager, Care, Staffing, Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Supervise and facilitate the scheduling of nursing personnel for designated shifts

• Oversee daily operations for nursing staff and related activities

• Collaborate and engage in evaluating employee performance metrics

• Foster trusting relationships with patients by exhibiting a compassionate demeanor

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing is mandatory

• A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience is preferred

• At least two years of management or leadership experience is preferred

• Must possess an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 60 days of employment in this role
