Inpatient Clinical Content Build Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assist OCHIN in fulfilling its mission by configuring and supporting Epic clinical acute applications.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Informatics team to deliver solutions that enhance clinical decision support.

• Document and implement solution functionalities through building, testing, and maintaining features.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.

• Work collaboratively across departments for project implementations and to resolve member maintenance concerns.

• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing to facilitate process improvement.

• Enhance skills in technical design, analysis, and system upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst.

• At least 2 years of experience in Epic application building.

• Epic certifications are essential in Epic ClinDoc and Inpatient Orders.

• Certification in Stork is preferred.

• Extensive build experience in supporting clinical foundation build and workflow optimization.

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication abilities to engage with both application and technical teams, as well as end users.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused.

• Strong organizational capabilities and project management skills.
