Innovation Director – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs on topics related to innovation, including strategic innovation, business model design, organizational transformation, product development, and scaling innovation efforts.

• Analyze AI content for commercial viability, strategic coherence, and its relevance to genuine innovation challenges.

• Compose realistic scenarios and case studies that draw from your practical experience in fostering innovation within real organizations.

• Develop scenario variations from the perspectives of various stakeholders (e.g., innovation director, product lead, C-suite, board member).

• Detect gaps, erroneous assumptions, or impractical elements in AI-generated innovation content.

• Your role will involve reviewing and refining AI-generated innovation content to ensure it embodies genuine expertise and actionable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level innovation director, innovation lead, strategy consultant, or leader in business transformation.

• Must be based in and authorized to work in the EU or UK.

• Several years of direct experience in driving innovation, transforming business models, or leading change initiatives.

• A keen ability to identify weak logic, theoretical inconsistencies, or unrealistic assumptions in innovation reasoning.

• Comfortable working autonomously and providing clear, concise feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate or short-term availability.
