• Spearhead strategic growth and innovation initiatives within the organization
• Plan, organize, and implement growth strategies centered on acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and referral
• Discover growth opportunities across various channels, products, processes, and stages of the funnel
• Develop growth hypotheses and transform them into actionable experiments
• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, effort, confidence, and revenue potential
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and technology teams to enhance business outcomes
• Establish scalable processes for demand generation, lead qualification, conversion, and customer relationship management
• Lead applied innovation initiatives within the organization
• Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence for productivity improvements, process automation, and enhanced customer experience
• Oversee projects involving AI agents, intelligent automations, virtual assistants, automated workflows, and tool integrations
• Analyze manual or inefficient processes and suggest solutions utilizing AI, no-code, low-code, or front-end development
• Monitor trends in technology, AI, marketing, product, and automation to propose innovative solutions
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the organization
• Drive the creation, validation, and launch of internal or external Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Engage in defining problems, opportunities, hypotheses, requirements, and value propositions
• Assist in research, discovery, benchmarking, and market analysis to guide new solutions
• Design user journeys, flows, pages, prototypes, and digital experiences
• Participate in Product-Led Growth initiatives, exploring ways for the product itself to facilitate acquisition, activation, and retention
• Collaborate with technical, creative, and commercial teams to convert ideas into testable solutions
• Evaluate MVP performance and provide recommendations for evolution, scaling, adjustments, or discontinuation
• Technical proficiency in automations, AI agents, and applied AI
• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels
• Experience with MVPs and product management
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills (ability to support arguments with data)
• ROI- and revenue-focused mindset
• Design sensibility to craft straightforward user journeys
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, IT, or related fields
• Postgraduate specialization in Innovation, Technology, or related areas
