This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Assist teams in embracing Miro by showcasing best practices and practical applications.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure Miro's value aligns with their objectives.

• Perform evaluations and offer suggestions for enhancing collaboration.

• Aid in the design and execution of change initiatives that promote successful adoption.

• Support the development of governance models that foster teamwork and innovation.

• Lead workshops to investigate use cases and enhance team collaboration.

• Create simple prototypes to demonstrate Miro’s functionalities and ignite innovation.

• Suggest methods to optimize tool usage and improve collaboration strategies.

• Offer insights on Agile methodologies and assist teams in incorporating Agile principles.

• Share best practices and mentor teams on enhancing their workflows with Miro.

• Proficient in English and Portuguese; Spanish language skills are an advantage.

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile, or related areas.

• Practical experience with enterprise teams or in fast-paced environments.

• Strong facilitation abilities, capable of leading engaging and results-oriented workshops.

• Demonstrated success in assisting organizations to adopt new tools or enhance collaboration practices.

• Knowledge of Human-Centered Design, governance frameworks, or collaboration tools.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and platforms such as Miro or similar applications.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex subjects.
