This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales conversion goals by turning qualified personal injury leads into retained clients.
• Provide a premium intake experience that showcases Berry Law's dedication to supporting injured clients.
• Keep precise, real-time records of all client interactions and sales activities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Implement Berry Law's established personal injury sales methodology while continuously enhancing skills through coaching and training.
• Rapidly evaluate the feasibility and worth of personal injury cases, identifying those with high potential value.
• Demonstrated success in sales or comparable, competitive, performance-oriented settings.
• Proficient in working with sales metrics, KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Capability to operate independently while also contributing to team achievements.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Background in personal injury, medical treatment, healthcare, insurance, or related sectors (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, etc.) (also preferred).
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus (also preferred).
