This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project logistics and keep project plans, action item trackers, timelines, deliverables, and execution tools up to date.
• Assist with client-facing administrative tasks, including managing report timelines, invoicing and billing, re-grant disbursements, and coordinating documentation.
• Create materials for meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up communications.
• Track tasks and report on progress, risks, and any support requirements.
• Contribute to client deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, engagement letters, research reports, and training materials.
• Identify potential process improvements and suggest changes to policies or procedures.
• Update and manage financial, impact, and project records in Salesforce.
• Conduct research, collect information, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop client-facing deliverables including presentations, reports, and summaries.
• Synthesize findings, insights, and recommendations; review work products for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain tools for knowledge management, including templates, resources, and repositories.
• Document lessons learned and best practices from consulting projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners across various projects.
• Manage event logistics and assist with client-facing workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
• Engage in departmental, team, client, and organizational meetings.
• Support special projects, initiatives, and organizational priorities as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
• At least one (1) year of professional work experience.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Experience in nonprofit, public sector, consulting, financial services, or similar fields is advantageous.
• Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn about, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and community-centered finance.
• Competence in managing large volumes of data to independently generate reports and presentations.
• Availability to work during core business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 20% of the time.
