This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Ensure the integrity and traceability of the logistics configuration of military vessels throughout their lifecycle, from the design phase to operational support.
• Management of the Configured Element Tree (AEC): Maintain and update the hierarchical structure of the ship's systems/equipment.
• Ensure alignment with the Material Nomenclature and technical documentation (e.g., drawings, manuals).
• Control of changes and modifications: Assess the logistical impacts of Official Change Proposals (POC).
• Manage the traceability of modifications in critical systems (e.g., propulsion, combat, communications) and coordinate with Engineering and Procurement to implement changes without affecting operability.
• Conduct internal configuration audits and prepare documentation for external audits.
• Assign NOC/NSN codes to spare parts, equipment, and tools (using SICAD/PIDAWEB), manage NCAGE requests for new suppliers, and update the NATO reference master (NMRCL).
• Upload and validate data in Windchill and EOLO-IACV, ensuring interoperability between systems (e.g., PDCO, CONFI, GLPI).
• Prepare configuration deviation reports, generate configuration control minutes, and keep the logistics configuration documentation updated.
• Engineering degree, preferably in Naval or Maritime fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in logistics configuration management in naval defense programs (e.g., frigates, submarines, warships).
• Specific experience in: Development and maintenance of the Configured Element Tree (AEC).
• Change and modification control in naval systems (e.g., per the Permanent Maintenance Instruction of AJAL or equivalent NATO standards).
• Configuration validation and audits in regulated environments (e.g., STANAG 4177, STANAG 4438).
• Integration with logistics information systems (e.g., EOLO-IACV, Windchill, CONFI, PDCO).
• NATO cataloging (NOC/NSN) and management of logistics databases (e.g., NMRCL, SICAD).
• Experience with the following tools: EOLO IACV, Windchill, SICAD, Enterprise Architect, or Bizagi.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
