This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts, consumables, and support equipment for military vessels throughout their lifecycle, optimizing costs and timelines.
• Development of Initial Support Proposals (PIDA): Define spare parts lists (APL/AEL) for critical systems.
• Calculate stock depth based on Annual Utilization Factors (FUA) and Degree of Essentiality (GRES).
• Generate PIDAs using corporate tools (PIDAEMPRESA/PIDAWEB).
• NATO cataloging of spare parts: Assign NOC/NSN codes to spare parts, consumables, and tools (using SICAD).
• Manage NCAGE requests for new suppliers.
• Update the NATO master reference (NMRCL).
• Purchasing and contract management: Negotiate with suppliers (timelines, prices, ITAR/EAR conditions).
• Monitor orders and resolve incidents, as well as seek alternative suppliers to mitigate obsolescence risks.
• Obsolescence analysis: Identify obsolete COTS components in critical systems, propose mitigation solutions, and update the Obsolescence Management Plan.
• Stock and logistics management: Optimize stock levels, coordinate with Maintenance to prioritize critical spare parts, and manage reverse logistics (returns, repairs, recycling).
• Reporting and coordination: Prepare reports on spare parts costs and logistical indicators, participate in coordination meetings with the client, and record data in EOLO-IACV and Windchill.
• Engineering degree, preferably in Naval or Maritime fields.
• More than 3 years in supply and spare parts management within naval defense programs.
• Specific experience in: Development of Initial Support Proposals (PIDA) and Spare Parts Lists (APL/AEL).
• Stock management (1st and 2nd levels) according to Navy doctrines (e.g., FUA, GRES).
• Negotiation with suppliers and management of supply contracts (LCSP).
• Obsolescence analysis and risk management in the supply chain.
• Reverse logistics (returns, repairs, recycling).
• NATO cataloging (NOC/NSN) of spare parts, consumables, and support equipment.
• NOT ESSENTIAL: Experience with the following tools: EOLO-IACV, Windchill, SAP (MM/PM), PIDAEMPRESA / PIDAWEB, SICAD.
• English B2 or higher.
