This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design components and machinery for subsequent manufacturing.

• Develop plans and graphical documentation for mechanical manufacturing processes.

• Interpret data and technical specifications for the creation of plans.

• Create and modify technical designs based on manufacturing needs.

• Proficiently utilize CAD tools such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar software.

• Digitize plans and other technical documents.

• Create and update technical documentation in 2D.

• Support 3D design projects as needed.

• Prepare clear and precise graphical documentation to facilitate manufacturing processes.

• Ensure that plans include the necessary information for proper interpretation.

• Keep the technical documentation of projects organized and up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education as a Higher Technician in Industrial Design (Drafting) or related technical training.

• Professional level proficiency in AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar CAD tools.

• Ability to create and interpret technical plans.

• Knowledge of design for mechanical components and parts.

• Capacity to interpret data and convert it into accurate graphical documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Knowledge of SolidWorks (preferred).

• Experience with other 2D/3D design programs (preferred).

• Related experience in industrial design or mechanical manufacturing (preferred).
