• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with new and existing clients in the assigned territory.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Promote and sell process solutions (equipment, spare parts, services, and special projects).
• Maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships with clients in the designated vertical market.
• Identify high-potential projects and actively incorporate them into the pipeline.
• Manage opportunities and pipeline using CRM.
• Proactively coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Service, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Achieve sales objectives, orders, margins, and commercial activity.
• Maintain a high level of field activity, generating visits, leads, and business opportunities continuously.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in industrial or process solutions.
• Strong background in prospecting and opportunity development.
• Experience managing end clients and developing accounts.
• Knowledge/experience in analytical instrumentation applied to online water quality measurements.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred; experience with other CRMs is considered).
• Technical or advanced English proficiency.
