📋 Description

• Design and implement detailed process models for the solutions developed within the participating teams.

• Stabilize the implementation of processes in collaboration with key functional areas.

• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to create processes that ensure value delivery in customer or employee experiences.

• Update process characterizations through architectural transitions.

• Lead and promote the co-creation of customer and employee experiences in process design.

• Apply analytical, modeling, and optimization techniques for process enhancement.

• Support knowledge democratization strategies within the organization.

• Over 3 years of proven experience in process design and optimization.
