This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Manage and configure resources in Microsoft Azure (networks, virtual machines, and storage)
• Create, review, and troubleshoot logs of deployed applications
• Modify scripts and configuration files to deploy cloud infrastructure
• Manage branches, commits, and pull requests in code repositories
• Provide support for basic security of resources and application packaging when necessary
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of key Microsoft Azure services: Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and identity and access management
• Basic cloud certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 is desirable but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Docker for creating and running containers
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably AKS; familiarity with basic kubectl commands, log review, and understanding deployments
• Practical experience with Terraform or Ansible in cloud environments
• Ability to read, comprehend, and make minor modifications to existing code for deploying or configuring resources in Azure
• Proficient in Git: branches, commits, and pull requests, ideally in Azure Repos or GitHub
• Capability to read and create basic scripts, with a strong preference for PowerShell or Bash/Python
• Practical experience operating Azure DevOps: Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts is desirable
• Basic concepts of cloud security, including Azure Key Vaults and permissions, and DevSecOps are desirable
• Familiarity with GitOps (Argo CD) or Helm for packaging applications in Kubernetes is desirable
