Ingeniero Civil Estructural

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Develop structural designs for foundations, steel structures, connections, retaining walls, reinforced concrete elements, vibratory equipment, among others.

• Lead work teams and provide technical support to colleagues.

• Ensure technical accuracy and integrity of design engineering.

• Create technical documents, design criteria, technical specifications, and calculation reports.

• Build models using design software and execute design spreadsheets.

• Support the growth and improvement of the discipline through the implementation of best practices in personnel management and methodologies.

• Participate in design reviews, 3D model reviews, workshops, and constructability assessments.

• Assist in the technical evaluation of bids, issue technical clarifications, generate inquiries, review background information, prepare technical evaluation reports, and provide recommendations.

• Apply current regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional Degree: Civil Engineer.

• Required experience: At least 5 years, with proven experience in Industrial and/or Mining Structural Projects.

• Advanced knowledge of structural calculation software.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to plan and organize work time effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.

• Ability to meet deadlines for committed work.

• Maintain the required quality levels for each project.

• Provide technical support for the development of multidisciplinary projects.
